WORK PACKAGES

The project runs from March 2004 until June 2005 and has a total of 5 work packages, which are the:

  1. Inception phase
  2. Strategic plan development: Integrated inspection approach
  3. Training program
  4. Informational networks
  5. Project Management

For the position of the overall CEI coordinator for the project was newly appointed Ms.Olga Klášterková. Overall logistical support to the project is provided by Ms. Edita Haberhauerova.
